Terms of Service

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between HotelPilot GmbH and the customer for the use of HotelPilot software as a cloud service (SaaS).
2. Subject Matter
The provider makes a web-based property management software for hotel operations available to the customer.
3. Contract and Trial Period
The contract is formed upon registration and confirmation. Every new customer receives a free 14-day trial period.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are based on the current plan. All prices are in euros plus statutory VAT. Billing is monthly in advance.
5. Availability
The provider aims for 99.5% annual average availability.
6. Data Protection
The provider processes personal data exclusively in accordance with the GDPR. Data is stored on servers within the European Union.
7. Termination
The contract can be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice at the end of the billing period. After termination, the customer has 30 days to export data.
8. Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Maximum liability is capped at fees paid in the last 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
The provider may change these terms with 30 days' notice. The customer will be informed by email.
10. Final Provisions
Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck, Austria.
