Which properties is HotelPilot for?
Owner-operated hotels and guesthouses in Austria, especially with around 10 to 60 rooms. We'll see together in the live demo whether it fits the way you work.
Does the AI send messages or create bookings on its own?
No. It prepares drafts and suggestions when the details are clear. You send or book yourself, after you've checked.
Which booking channels does HotelPilot work with?
The channel manager connects channels such as Booking.com and Expedia. We'll look at the channels you use today in the live demo.
What happens to my existing data?
We review your system and data first, agree what to bring over, and guide you through setup and launch.
Does HotelPilot file my VAT return?
No, your tax adviser still files it. HotelPilot provides the revenue and payment reports as the basis.
Does HotelPilot work without internet?
HotelPilot runs in the cloud and needs an internet connection. If it drops briefly, your open view stays in place and nothing is half-saved.
