I'm Philipp, hotelier and founder of HotelPilot. I build the software at the front desk of our own family hotel in Paznaun, Tyrol – where it has to work every day.

The first pilot hotel
Our own hotel tests everything first.
Every feature has to prove itself at our own front desk first: with late enquiries, busy winter days and the work already waiting in the morning. Only then does it go to further pilot hotels.
We deliberately take on more properties one by one, so every launch gets personal support.
